This has had good reviews and in many ways is an admirable book
which may well become a set text for study. But Doreen didn't
think the different strands of the book held together and was
left wondering whether she had missed the point or whether it is
simply not a very good book.

Andrew was very disappointed with this, it didn't engage him. He
found it a tough read, and finally gave up at page 90. Not
recommended.
