A Child's Book of True Crime

The best thing about this book - not a child's book - is the cover. The book contains the story of a murder, not entirely solved. A young woman teacher is having an affair with a pupil's father, whose wife has written a book about said murder and from time to time various Tasmanian animals make a commentary. A bizarre book, which Doreen didn't understand. Odd. (But at least she read it through).
